Reservation policy

1. Deposit and Cancellation

1.1 Refundable Deposit

A deposit equivalent to the cost of the first night's stay plus applicable taxes is required at the time of booking. This deposit will be refunded if the cancellation is received at least 7 days prior to the scheduled arrival date.

1.2 Non-Refundable Deposit

If a cancellation is received within 6 days of the scheduled arrival date, the deposit will be retained and not refunded.

2. No-Show Policy

If you do not show up for your reservation and do not cancel in advance, the deposit equivalent to the first night's stay plus applicable taxes will be charged.
